Job Description
  • Plan and deliver swim training sessions for students of all ages and ability levels
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and coaching to help students improve their technique and performance
  • Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress and issues
Job Specification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching swim teams or providing swim lessons.
  • A relevant license or certification may be required.
  • First-aid training is recommended.
  • Excellent lifesaving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude
