Job Description
Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record and maintain all daily accounting transactions (sales, purchase, cash, and bank).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable with proper documentation.
- Prepare vouchers, receipts, invoices, and ledgers for company transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow reports.
Client & Candidate Financial Management
- Maintain candidate payment records (processing fees, deposits, service charges, refunds).
- Prepare invoices and bills for foreign employers, recruitment agencies, and service partners.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in candidate and client-related transactions.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with Nepal Government financial and tax laws (VAT, TDS, income tax) and Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE) requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist internal and external audits with required documentation.
Payroll & Administrative Finance
- Manage employee payroll, allowances, and deductions.
- Maintain petty cash and oversee reimbursement procedures.
Coordination & Support
- Support management with budget planning and expense monitoring.
- Provide financial data and insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with recruitment staff to align financial records with candidate processing.
Job Specification
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/finance (experience in manpower/recruitment industry preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, or ERP) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong knowledge of Nepalese accounting standards, taxation, and DOFE compliance-related financial documentation.
- Excellent record-keeping, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
- Analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial data.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, candidates, and agencies.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manpower environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
