Job Description
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
- Prepare drinks and serves them to customers
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Remove dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
- Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed
- Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner
Job Specification
- Able to work in pressure , able to deal the guest in different situation, coordination with kitchen crew as well as subordinates and colleagues.
