Position: Voucher Examiner/Alternate Cashier (Recent Job)

Job Description

• The incumbent serves as a Voucher Examiner and performs a full range of vouchering work for all types of vouchers; serves as an Alternate Cashier and performs full range of cashiering jobs during principal cashier’s absence; prepares a complete sets of invoices and supporting documents and submits to the Post Support Unit (PSU) for payment process; and supports in some aspects of accounting and budgeting function and prepares and updates various disbursement reports including VAT reimbursement report.

Job Specification

• Completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting is required.
•  Knowledge of a variety of software packages, including State Departments’ financial operations software is required
•  Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing English is required. Level IV (Fluent)speaking/reading/writing Nepali is required.  English language ability will be tested.
