Job Description
- Check market value analysis, Check drafted report.
- Communicate with property owner.
- Valuation report drafting.
- Market value analysis preparation.
- Printing and binding report.
- Filing (hard and soft copy) of respective valuation case.
- Collect valuation fee.
- Visit all the partner bank branches regularly, make good relationship and communication with them under assistance of the Director.
- Filing (hard and soft copy) of respective valuation case.
- Report that job to Valuation Manager directly
Job Specification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Experiences In Valuation or Real Estate is a plus
- Master/Bachelor Degree in Civil/Construction.
- Hard working, mature, pro-active, result-oriented, honest and good interpersonal skill
