Position: UX/UI Designer (Recent Job)

Work closely with the development and leadership teams
Design flows and experiences for the target audience
Contribute to Sharelook design system, help in building reusable components
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
Work with other designer/s to implement attractive designs
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
User-interface designing using mainly Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Sketch for Mobile, Web & App
Graphic designing using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Collaborating with others teams (marketing, sales, and social) to design creatives
Dig into existing user flow by empathizing with users with the help of user research, find and suggest ways to make them better
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Create personas through user research and data
Conduct user tests with real users to validate your designed hypothesis in different stages of design
Figure out adoption, engagement, and efficiency metrics for Sharelook, implement them, track regularly and gain insights from them
