Job Description
- Integrated urban development Plan (IUDP)
- Support Urban Planner/ Team Leader in preparing Physical Development Plan
- Long Term Development Plan
- Municipality level Development Plan .....etc of different projects
- Master plan/Statagy plan preperaing
- Design and plan Cost-Effective Housing Projects.
- Preparation of Master plan, municipal drawings and other drawings required for Planning Permit
- Preparation of detail Bill of Quantities, Working drawings and Specifications
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief: Design and Construction.
- Consult with other professionals about design.
- Keep within financial budgets and deadlines.
- Control a project from start to finish.
- Will be responsible for the drafting and designing the buildings and construction process so as to assist multiple engineering disciplines and external stakeholders .
