  • Can provide technical support to existing customers via Phone, Email, Chat or Customer visit
  • Should have sound knowledge of Routing/Switching and can configure/install networking devices
  • Understanding of DNS/DHCP/AD servers and can also Install/Configure Windows and Linux Machines
  • Prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously and can stick to strict deadlines
  • Maintain sound/adequate understanding of products and up-to-date with new technologies
  • Prepare procedural documentation and relevant reports for a New Project Customer
  • Monitor networks to detect any suspicious or hostile activities and take corrective measures
  • Submit reports of daily technical jobs/duties as assigned
