- Can provide technical support to existing customers via Phone, Email, Chat or Customer visit
- Should have sound knowledge of Routing/Switching and can configure/install networking devices
- Understanding of DNS/DHCP/AD servers and can also Install/Configure Windows and Linux Machines
- Prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously and can stick to strict deadlines
- Maintain sound/adequate understanding of products and up-to-date with new technologies
- Prepare procedural documentation and relevant reports for a New Project Customer
- Monitor networks to detect any suspicious or hostile activities and take corrective measures
- Submit reports of daily technical jobs/duties as assigned
