Position: Technical Associate-Service Solution (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Plan, design, create and execute strategies to improve the reliability and security of IT projects by educating and coordinating entire technical team in coordination with the Presales team.
• Coordinate with Team Lead to understand client’s needs and support in designing and proposal of networking and security options.
• Respond immediately and mobilize team members to troubleshoot network and security-related incidents and provide a thorough post-event analysis to client.
• Determine, research and do R&D the most effective way to protect computers, networks, software, data and information systems against any possible attacks and seat with Team lead for company goal.
• Define, implement and maintain customer security policies by consulting with client and presales team.
• Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments to customer site as needed for branding CAS
• Develop requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, firewalls, and related network devices and new network and security solutions.
• Review and approve installation of firewall, VPN, routers, IDS scanning technologies and network security projects done by CAS engineers
• Reviews, plans, and evaluates network systems. Provides documentation/project tracking and management reporting.
• Provides tactical and strategic input on overall network and security planning and related Service support.
