Job Description
>
Map out training plans, design and develop training as per the market needs
Responsible for business initiations. Make proposal and approach to clients about the trainings
Build long term relation with both Clients, resource person and participants in order to create goodwill and rapport of the organization and ensure the possibilities of business opportunities in near future
Ensure proper implementation of effective training from pre- and post-training programs
Provide directions, instructions and guidance to the team members for the purpose of achieving a goal
Regular monitoring and supervision of tasks and activities and ensure the proper implementation of all tasks following the pre-determined SOP and standards
Job Specification

At least Bachelor Completed
At least two years of experience in Training and Development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy
