• Authorized from Nepal Nursing Council and other government bodies
• Polite, caring, friendly and dutiful
• Able to speak, write and read English an understandable manner
• Adherence to health and ethical codes, including when under duress
• Actively looking for ways to help people
• Able to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism
• Staff nurse should have more than 2 years of experience
• CMA/ANM nurse should have more than 4 years of experience
• Able to travel inside the ambulance in mountain roads
• Able to apply initial treatment to the patients inside the ambulance before reaching the health post/hospital

Job Description

• Perform a variety of different emergency and non-emergency medical procedures on the way to health post/hospital
• Assess the condition of the patient and determine the treatment while being transported
• Coordinate with the concerned parties (police, doctors, etc)
• Administer medical care as instructed by the ambulance doctor
• Take a lead in the treatment and care of the patient in the absence of the doctor
• Monitor the health state of the patient
• Follow the established medical protocols and procedures as well as legal guidelines

Additional Notes:

• The selection process will be finalized within the month of Bhadra
• Your job duration will be for 6 months from the date of your appointment letter
• The salary isn’t inclusive of tax and it will be deduced from you pay each month as per the rules & regulations of Government of Nepal
