• At least Bachelor’s degrees in any subject from a recognized university
• 2-5 years of sales experiences in Real Estate / Housing & FMCG Companies
• Target driven and ability to handle work pressure
• Tactful, self-initiator, creative and highly aggressive to meet the Sales Target.
• Soft-spoken, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify potential clients and opportunities
• Passionate about Sales job
• Comfortable in making Rigorous Follow Ups
• Quick Rapport Builder.
• Competent and Experienced User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Online Content Marketing and Social Media Development Strategies
• Should have own two wheeler vehicle & driving license
