Social Media / Digital marketing Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Social Media/Digital Media Specialist to join our team based in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, Nepal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immersed in digital culture and has a passion for creating content for various social media platforms. You are required to create social media campaign for our business based in Nepal, Malaysia, and Australia.

Required skills and experience

• Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role
• Excellent graphic/web (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and  video editing skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good understanding of technical social media concepts
• Experience in search marketing & Google Ads, Google Certifications
• Understanding of Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Facebook Page Insights, Facebook Ads Platform, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+  and other social media platforms

What are we looking for in you?

• Someone who is a passionate in digital marketing and its trends
• Someone who can find a clear path for our business and deliver targeted and effective media campaigns across  number of media channels
• Extensive experience in developing, implementing and managing social media strategy
• Strong experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other social media management tools
• Outstanding English and Nepali communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to write, edit and proofread content
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Qualification in Media/Marketing/Advertising is desired but not necessary.

How much we pay you?

Depending on your experience NPR 50K to 100k/Month .

Job Specification

Your Role

• Create/ Design  posts, manage content and manage Ad campaigns on Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms
• Develop and work on both paid and community management campaigns
• Build and grow relationships with ambassadors and influencers based in Nepal
• Monthly analysis of trends and growth of business
