Job Description
  • Manage all the social media channels of the company.
  • Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
  • Create, curate and manage all published content (image, video and written).
  • Regular monitoring the competitor social media sites and creating analysis report.
  • Be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
  • Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
  • Working with other departments to design, create and manage product release, social ad campaigns and other brand messages.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
Job Specification
  • Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
  • Maintains excellent witting and language skills.
  • Practices superior time management.
  • Is a team player with the confidence to lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
  • Demonstrates winning social customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
  • Minimum experience of 1 year.
