Job Description
- Working closely with the Marketing team to develop innovative and creative social media content plans, driving continued growth in the client’s social media fanbase and engagement rate.
- Creation of content for social channels across platforms including
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Weibo. - Day-to-day management of social media communities, adhering to the
overarching communications strategy, objectives and tone of voice. - Providing support to the reporting and analysis of campaign performance
across all social channels and specific campaign activities. - Monitoring and reporting on updates across social media platforms and
wider market trends. - Collect and disseminate social media best practices
- Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media
programs - Provide monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis on digital social
activities
Job Specification
- Established social media and community management background including proven experience in managing the day-to-day activity on a
major brand social media account across multiple platforms (either client
or agency side). - Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills, evidencing a clear understanding of social media tone of voice.
- Experience of delivering social media marketing campaigns, including fluency with the back-end tools pertaining to Facebook and Instagram
marketing.
- Complex understanding of the role that social media plays in followers engagement.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment against tight deadlines.
- Taking it personally – demonstrating the drive and ambition to contribute
further growth of the company and client’s need.
