Job Description
- Manage all the social media channels of the company
- Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
- Create, curate and manage all published content (image, video and written)
- Regular monitoring the competitor social media sites and creating analysis report
- Be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
- Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics
- Working with other departments to design, create and manage product release, social ad campaigns and other brand messages
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns
Job Specification
- Minimum experience of 1 year in related field
- Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing
- Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills
- Practices superior time management
- Is a team player with the confidence to lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management)
- Demonstrates winning social customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
