Job Description
- Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Maintain quality control for all food served
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Project future needs for goods, Bar supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
- Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
- Daily briefing to food and Beverage Attendants
- Daily reporting to General Manager, etc.
Job Specification
- S/he must be a BHM graduate
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience
- Smart, good looking, creative, proactive, service and result oriented
- Effective communicator
- Ability to lead the respective department with target oriented performance
- Females are mostly preferred
