Job Description
- Assemble, inspect, maintain and conduct repairs on scooters in a professional and timely manner
- Complete basic reports on scooters mechanical condition
- Provide feedback to operations teams on scooter reliability concerns
- Work independently or in a to accomplish deployment objectives
- Work in an environment with machinery and warehouse equipment
- Respond to requests from your manager and/or guidance from the Operations Specialist
- Ensure that all necessary reporting is accurate, complete and timely
- Work on a daily basis, in the outdoors, during all seasons
- Fix, repair and service the issues in the scooters of the customers and also stocked scooters
- Spare Parts Management
- Conduct Safety Checks on Stocked Scooters
- Keep track of equipment required for service works and make a request accordingly
- Prepare various report as per Management requirement
Job Specification
- Good knowledge of repair and maintenance of Electric Scooter
- Sound Communication Skill with customer
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with pleasant personality
- Good knowledge on Scooter Parts
- Good Technical and Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
- Two wheelers license holder
- 1 Year Experience in Mechanical Training
