Job Description
- IPO/Share management
- To research and retrieve information from paper-based sources, the internet and online databases for individual-average understanding and comparison
- To research on industry best practices, policies, promoting overall organizational growth
- To make financial projections, budgeting and annual plan for the respective projects
- To maintain productive relationships with stakeholders with respect to a different project
- To manage information and share with key stakeholders with regard to different communication channels and medium
- To supervise & monitor documentation of the overall organization
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management
- Sales planning and defining the product's price
- Solid understanding of item category wise with proper analysis
- Prepare marketing and sales plans
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Fulfill given sales target
- Submit a regular progress report
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Analyze current and estimate future expense budgets, sales, product deficiencies, and revenues. This enables him/her to provide recommendations for the company’s growth and resolution of problems
- Perform Business Process Analysis of the merchants to standardize business processes for their future operation
- Develop business proposals for existing and new customers
