Job Description
  • IPO/Share management 
  • To research and retrieve information from paper-based sources, the internet and online databases for individual-average understanding and comparison 
  • To research on industry best practices, policies, promoting overall organizational growth 
  • To make financial projections, budgeting and annual plan for the respective projects 
  • To maintain productive relationships with stakeholders with respect to a different project 
  • To manage information and share with key stakeholders with regard to different communication channels and medium 
  • To supervise & monitor documentation of the overall organization 
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management 
  • Sales planning and defining the product's price 
  • Solid understanding of item category wise with proper analysis 
  • Prepare marketing and sales plans 
  • Prepare quotations and proposals 
  • Fulfill given sales target 
  • Submit a regular progress report 
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs 
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients 
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives 
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines 
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support 
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers 
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople 
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Analyze current and estimate future expense budgets, sales, product deficiencies, and revenues. This enables him/her to provide recommendations for the company’s growth and resolution of problems 
  • Perform Business Process Analysis of the merchants to standardize business processes for their future operation 
  • Develop business proposals for existing and new customers
