We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

•  Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Department in formulating marketing strategy and undertaking of driving business performance for the Company by strategizing, planning, implementing and marketing activities
• Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the sales team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new product and competition status
• Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales. Revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Market and work with education institutions, colleges
• Promoting the organization and product with monitoring, maintaining and improving the service quality to ensure customers’ satisfaction
• To approach potential customers in promoting the products
• To monitor and ensure timely payment collection
• Prepare customer’s quotations, secure orders and ensure goods are property delivered
• Follow up and upkeep the sales records
• To compile monthly sales reports
• Regular discussion with sales team during sales monthly meeting
• To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned
•  Willingness to work in Kathmandu and willing to travel outstation as and when needed

Job Specification

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Businessor related field
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
• Good command in English Language

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the sales and marketing
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
