Position: Sales Executive (Recent Job)

Job Description

• Responsible for sales in assigned product and targeted area
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase volume
• Coordinate with dealers, wholesalers, and representatives of area allotted for the achievement of sales target.
• Follow up for Payments with Dealers.
• Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
• Organize and monitor sales target and distributors performance.
• Focus on acquiring new customers, developing close relations and providing excellent customer service 
• Implement the scheme as per the guidelines
• Develop new clients and areas for the promotion of products.
• Availability of products at the right place.
• Good knowledge of Nepal's Geography, for route-planning.
• Inform about competitor & industries analysis
• Prepare and submit weekly sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report.
• Prepare and submit Monthly sales plan
• Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
• Experience in Hardware Market or relevant industry, prior to dealing with dealers, will be preferable.

  Other Specification

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field will be preferable.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and must own a two-wheeler
  • Should be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
  • Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal-driven
