Job Description
- Counceling customers about our products
- Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
- Conducting door to door activities and finalize agreement with customers
- Conducting survey for Wifi at customer premise
- Prepare customer service reports and follow-up
- Coordinate with other departments to complete assigned task
Job Specification
- +2 or above (Experience will be preferred)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Has thick skin and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude and willingness to work in flexible schedule
- Possess strong work ethic and team player
- Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office package
- Driving license and own vehicle is highly preferred
