Job Description
- Handle Incoming/Outgoing Calls
- Handle company emails and communications
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and record keeping
- Handle outgoing and incoming mails and maintain records appropriately
- Help the office staff/management to carry out their duties effectively by facilitating in their work
- Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing/photocopying/scanning/printing/documentation management/Notorized etc.

Duties and Responsibility of Receptionist
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, IT skills and should have pleasant personality
- Minimum 1 yr experience in the related field
- Should have knowledge about accounting
- Must have good sales skills.
- Must be smart & Charming Personality
- Able to work individually as well as in a team
- Must be good knowledge of Computer Applications like the word, excel, power point, outlook, photoshop etc
- Should have own scooter
