Job Description

Receiving Telephone calls and forwarding the calls if needed.

Welcoming guests to the office and introduce them to the appropriate personnel.

Offer a range of reports depending on what is requested by the Manager or Sales Associates.

Helping in Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Instragram, etc ).

Updating the lists of visitors.
