Job Description
- Receptionists play a key role in any organization as they present the first impression of a company to Clients and customers.
- She has to deal with the inquiries and attend the visitor’s on the phone, email or face to face.
- A receptionist is always representing the company so she should be aware of the important meetings and co coordinating deliveries.
Job Specification
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
