Job Description
  • Receptionists play a key role in any organization as they present the first impression of a company to Clients and customers.
  • She has to deal with the inquiries and attend the visitor’s on the phone, email or face to face.
  • A receptionist is always representing the company so she should be aware of the important meetings and co coordinating deliveries.
Job Specification
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
