Position: Receptionist cum Accountant (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Handles incoming calls, relays messages & supplies information to callers and management
• Greets and announces visitors as required
• Co-ordinates transportation for Employees and visitors.
• Responsible for courier . dispatched of both documents and non-documents
• Execute, coordinate and document all the admin and accounts related tasks

• Responsible for handling customer service

• Follow up clients for payment
• Knowlegde of SWASTIK will be an added advantage
• Assist Account Officer in the accounting entries as and when needed
• Maintain Office inventory
• Perform day to day activities related to cash/bank books.

• Execute, coordinate and document all the admin and accounts related tasks

Job Specification

• Graduate with  a business administration/accounting background (Bachelors Running can apply)

• A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel

• A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
