Job Description

• Research and analyze the potential vendors.
• Compare and evaluate Quotations from suppliers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Solid judgment along with decision making skills
• Positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
• Negotiate orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases including cost analysis
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Job Specification

• Education: BBS/ MBS/BBA
• Experience: at least 3 years of working experience in Purchasing Dept. of any reputed construction company.
• Maintain updates record of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare report on purchases including cost analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing software.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external parties to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
