Job Description
- Direct and lead projects, and at the same time manage and direct Project Coordinator and Project Sales Executive and Supervisor.
- Meet and increase the sales target.
- Prepare quotation and quotation for the projects for PVC,CPVC, Bolan and any other products under Mangalam group.
- Good rapport with the contractor, Architects, Construction and Housing Companies,
- Government Offices ( Bhawan Bibhag) for upcoming projects and dealing with them.
- Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
- Analyse the market and generate demand of the products.
- Monitoring Project sales team performance, analyzing project sales data, periodical forecasting.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the parties.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper service.

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
