International Nepal Fellowship (INF) Nepal is a Nepali non-government organization serving Nepali people through health and development works mainly in western part of Nepal for more than 67 years. INF Nepal aims to bring sustainable improvements in health and quality of life of people and communities. It works to overcome poverty and exclusion by bringing people together to take collective action in their communities. INF Nepal’s areas of work include community health and community based inclusive development, anti-human trafficking and disaster resilient & response and climate change and adaptation.

INF Nepal Community Programmes is looking for qualified, service oriented and well-motivated Nepali Citizens for the following positions:

Post Title: Project Officer

Work Location: Martadi Bajura 

Purpose of the Job: 

The Project Officer is responsible for planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project interventions by using an inclusive development approach as well as community development strategies in working collaboratively with key stakeholders and to develop a sustainable strategy for increase the economic status of the project beneficiaries. S/he will ensure for smooth and effective management of the Economic and Environmental Sustainability (EES) project with technical expertise. 

  • Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
  • Completed BSc in agricultural with minimum 4 year work experience in NGO/INGO 
  • Project management, planning, budgeting and reporting skills and knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate and presentations in both English and Nepali.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other MS Office, email, internet, data analysis and  social media
  • Willing and able to travel to remote parts of Nepal
