Job Description
- Initiate, plan, execute, manage and implement multiple ongoing projects in bottle
- Serve as the Scrum Master for the ongoing projects in bottle
- Oversee teams of engineers that contribute towards the multiple projects
- Own the release management process and ensure that it is communicated and adopted by the rest of the organization.
- Identify and periodically publish key metrics to the wider organization
- Defining a project’s scope and planning the activities necessary to achieve its goals
- Analyze risks to the project and deal with changes in the project’s scope
- Managing and delegating resources effectively
Job Specification
- Knowledge of project management methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Kanban, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized

- Excellent communicator both written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
