Job Description
  • To be responsible for the project result as per the client’s requirement and contract terms
  • Report KPIs and Manage project reviews and lessons learned, Initiate succession planning, commencing with shadow managers
  • Report to PD/PM/PMO on a weekly basis on all project support lines 
  • Responsible for Document Management and document hand-over job
  • Realize master project plan, forecast, solutions 
  • Continuous communication with customer and subcontractors
  • Project progress controlling and reporting (Daily / Weekly/Monthly based)
  • Periodic project meetings (Weekly based), issue Minutes of Meetings to all attendances and action owners 
  • Ensure customer input to project is received in a timely and effective manner for meeting project objectives and schedule. 
  • Ensure Regional Line Managers are in place, trained and supported
  • Implement the quality checks and audits for qualified implementation
  • Ensure Regional Managers have sufficient resources to perform their responsibilities
  • Interface with the Program Manager on project support issues
  • Ensure Quality, Environmental and H&S requirements are met during regional implementation.
  • Site Inspections for quality assessment 
  • Continuously streamline services provided by line organization towards full outsourcing structure
  • Act upon weekly feedback from Regional Managers and Line Managers to provide greater efficiencies to Program Managers delivering projects
  • Handle the Site Design vendor to ensure that the approved candidate site is designed according to Contract standards plus any site-specific requirements. Assumption: all design criteria has already been signed off for each site type.
  • Ensure all stakeholders approve the design solution for each site. 
  • Ensure the CME vendors to build the sites according to design and within schedule. 
  • Ensure installation of telecom equipment on RFI-confirmed sites and that TI sub-cons install TE according to CCSI standards and within the project schedule. 
  • Feedback to the Program Manager, any risks, issues and delays, to ensure appropriate Mitigations and Solutions are put in place to keep TI on schedule. 
  • Acts as the key customer interface to the customer for all project related issues. Manage customer expectations, maintain customer liaison to ensure smooth handling of issues as they might arise.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed satisfactorily. Ensure any variation to the project scope is clearly recognized, clarified and approved. Obtain customer input sign-off of completed deliverables and formal customer acceptance of project completion.

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or relevant Engineering discipline
  • At least 5 years of work experience in EUTRAN Network or relevant Telecommunications field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Be able to work independently
  • Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands 
  • Must be able to work to tight time schedule  
  • Good team player with self-motivation and experience of working within a multicultural environment 
  • Knowledge of Civil, Tower, Power, Transmission and RAN/Wireless Network 
  • Conceptual knowledge on GSM, WCDMA, LTE and other related concepts
