Advanced degree in political sciences, public policy, law, development studies, international development, economics, social sciences, management, or a related field of study.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible experience in managing and implementing statistics and evidence for development-related programs in Nepal. Specialized experience in (open) data, governance, statistics, and Information technology. Ability to lead politically-informed programming. Work experience in South Asia, preferably in Nepal, is an advantage.
