Job Description

Required Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

• Masters or higher degree in the relevant subject (education, management, engineering, business studies, development studies).
• Minimum five years of work experience in relevant fields (development cooperation, TVET sector, NGO/INGO in planning and development of training and learning materials). TVET experience is preferable.
• At least two years of management experience.
• Knowledge and work experience in vocational qualifications systems and quality management systems would be an advantage.
