Job Description

• Answering and taking calls, handling correspondence
• Maintaining day to day diaries, files and organize appointments
• Taking minutes
• Prioritizing and allocating workloads
• Suggesting new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaising with relevant clients and agents
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar promotion tasks
• Pre-interviewing potential workforce on experience, skills, and education
• Drawing up plans for future hiring procedures and goals
• Corresponding with International clients
• Traveling with director
• Arranging appoints and schedules 
• Updating and keeping track of profiles and job requirements
• Maintaining HR records and paperwork
• Answering  candidates questions and addressing their concerns
