Job Description
- Handling administrative issues related to the functioning of the office in cooperation with other administrative personnel.
- Provide filing services, documentation and archiving.
- Receive and make telephone calls and mails keep record of all these calls and mails.
- Provide photocopying and document binding services as requested.
- Offer circulation of mail service within the office.
- Work with the relevant officers on arrangement of workshops/meetings materials.
