Job Description
  • Plan, estimate and schedule project activities.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customer.
  • Maintain communication with customers and key project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and report project status to customers and management.
  • Manage day-to-day operation of your projects. Ensure success, through hands-on engagement with the project team.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and managed.
  • Collect and interpret project statistics and recommend improvement initiatives in an environment of continual improvement.
  • Participate in project testing and release activities.
  • Ability to act and think straight under time-pressure as well as to stay aligned with the company's strategy.
Job Specification
  • 10 years’ experience in project/ programme management.

  • 5 years’ working experience in development planning , policy making ,monitoring system and statistics.

  • Proven ability in drafting policy notes and concept papers.

  • Fluency in both oral and written English.
