Job Description

• Monitoring Officer is responsible to carry out field monitoring at pre, during and post training stages of training and employment activities implemented by the partners.
• Monitoring Officer will be involved intensively on employment and income verification of training and employment in assignned location

Job Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or Development Studies or Business Administration or in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years' of working experience in the field of project implementation and two years' of working experience in the field of monitoring.
• Commitment towards gender equality, social inclusion and poverty reduction.
