About the Position
Dexis Consulting Group is recruiting for experienced technical monitoring and evaluation specialists and project management specialists with local expertise for an anticipated five-year USAID program in Nepal focusing on providing a range of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) services relevant to USAID/Nepal’s portfolio of programs. Technical services provided under this contract are expected to include:
- Evaluation planning and implementation
- M&E Mission Training and Technical Assistance (TA)
- M&E Support for Implementing Partners
- Review/establish baselines and targets, including surveys and studies
- Strategic communication and strengthened collaboration
- Support design and implementation of the mission Performance Management Plan (PMP)
- Schedule/conduct Data Quality Assessments (DQAs)
- Establish/Improve mission-wide Geographical Information and/or Management Information Systems (GIS/MIS)
Responsibilities

Job Specification
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in one or more of the specified areas of expertise
- Strong management and communications skills
- English fluency (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on international and/or USAID-funded programs
- College degree or equivalent strongly preferred
