Job Description
- Develop merchandising strategies of the Company’s products and implement them in-store
- Ensure products are being displayed appropriately to maximize customer interest and convert to sales as per the agreed plan. Communicate any display issues to the sales team immediately.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained at appropriate levels at all times in-store. Coordinate with sales team to ensure a reorder is placed by the customer with sufficient lead time.
- Ensure the product characteristics and qualities are being effectively communicated to the consumer to generate interest and convert to sales.
- Monitor competitor products, i.e. new product launches, stock movements, price changes, schemes and promotions etc. and communicate these to the sales team.
- Co-ordinate with the sales team on all matters and perform work as per instructions provided.
Job Specification
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience in a reputed company
- Applicants with prior experience in the Food & Beverages/ FMCG Industry will be given priority in the selection process
- Should be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
- Must have good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service
- Should have basic computer knowledge
- Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven
- Should be proficient in the use of Nepali language – both spoken and written. Must have basic knowledge of English language.
