Position: Meal Specialist (Recent Job)

Under the supervision of Field Manager and technical guidance of Monitoring and Accountability Manager , Meal Specialist has overall responsibility of qualuty , outcome and progress monitoring, beneficiary tracking , activity tracking , accountability system and ingormation management of current and potential grants/ Private Non- Sponsorship(PNS) and Sponsorship funded projects .
This postion is also reponsible to carry out assessment , manage baselines and evalutaions under guidance of MEALS depatment .
This ensures that there is a reliable , up to date database of infrotation of all program work and is responsible for the timely and accurate evidences that are helpful to make necessary program adjustments for maximum impact on target groups and serves the donor req.

A Master's ( 3 years of work experience) or Bachelor;s degree ( 5 years of experience ) having eduactional background in development studies, economics, public health, agriculture or in related field suitbale for development is sessential
knowledge of humanistarian industry is a must
Should be able to develop qualitative and quantitative methodolody
Must be well versed in Sampling techniques, descriptive and inferential statistical methods
Must have experience in Logical frame- work SPSS or STATA along with Advanced Excel and quantitative skills
