Position: Marketing Staff Manager(HR) (Hot Job)

Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, and market characteristics.

Minimum 2-3 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry .
Experience supervising and managing a professional marketing staff .
Two wheeler with valid driving license is a must.
Strong effective communicator.
Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning.
Expert in the internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track.
