Position: Marketing Manager (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s sales
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Work closely with Digital team to boost the digital presence of the organization
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies andvendors
• Schedule, organize and attend physical and online meeting with the clients
• Get updated with the social media groups, pages and the activities over there toapproach the potential clients and propose them our services.
• Identify, create and communicate the customer needs to create push opportunitiesfor the organisation
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing bestpractices to build successful strategies
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis andallocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Lead the marketing team in alignment with the organisational goals

Job Specification

• Qualification: not needed (Added advantage to IT background)
• Language: Good writing, speaking, and listening in English
• A can-do attitude
• Proven experience in the marketing department (Priority will be given to experience in IT industry)
• Personal vehicle would be an added advantage

Salary: Basic Salary + target-based (no bar for deserving candidate)
Type: Full Time / Part Time / Casual with commission basis
Location: Kathmandu for Full-time & Part-Time. Anywhere for commission basis
