Job Description

Marketing Coordinators develop and execute marketing plans and strategies. They act as a bridge between the employees, clients, suppliers, and the marketing management team. They also help planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing, branding, and advertising activities in order to improve the brand’s image and increase customer satisfaction.

  • To market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
  • To track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings and trade shows, maintain databases, and prepare report
  • To implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars
  • To prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the data
  • To keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the team, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt
  • To support sales team by providing data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information
  • To research upon competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
  • To plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • To monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • To accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • To explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience marketing, preferably with the food and beverage industry
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and promotional tools
  • Good communication skills; verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure
