Job Description
- Be the owner of customer experience throughout the customer’s journey on Daraz App and Website
- Track customer browsing and buying behavior through different tools on Daraz App and Website, and take necessary actions
- Plan and strategize to obtain maximum conversion from various campaigns on homepage. Maintain the objective to redirect customers from homepage to product page
- Align across and within the teams to coordinate on various tasks
- Study various relevant reports, identify any issues, take necessary actions for improvement of business as a whole

Other Specification:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field from a reputed university with around 1 year of experience in relevant field. Master's Degree is preferable
- Should have good communication skills in order to present the ideas effectively - both verbally and visually

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Should be a good team player with proactive nature
- Professional approach to time and deadlines.
