Position: Junior Architect (Hot Job)

Job Description

• DRAFTING AND 3D VISUALIZATION
• Draft and prepare detail drawings of the given structures on the basis of the information and instruction provided.
• Assist and coordinate with senior architects and engineers.
• Transform AUTO CAD drawings into 3D drawings (If required).     
• COST ESTIMATE
• Acquiring understanding of the requirements of the projects at hand.
• Selecting metrics to produce valid estimates.
• Visiting sites to gather essential information.

Job Specification

• Should have good knowledge of Drafting Architectural and Structural drawings.
• Should have excellent Auto CAD skills.
• High preference with Sketch Up knowledge.
• Excellent computer skills (Ms.Excel):- For cost/ project estimation.
• Good Communication skills: - Since they deal with customers and professionals directly, they must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

SKILLS and DESIRE PROFILE:

• AUTO CAD
• SKETCH UP
• MS OFFICE (EXCEL)
• SMART SHEET/ ACTIVE COLLABE/ ONE DRIVE (We use these tools, not necessary but high preference).
• ATLEAST 1 (+) YEAR EXPERINCE ON DRAFTING.
• PROACTIVE
• TWO WHEELER with License (Not necessary but high preference).
