Position: Jr. Sales Representative (Hot Job)

The company aspires to hire well spoken, honest, and a responsible candidate with experience in the field of sales for the position of Jr. Sales Representative to market and promote an international European brand of lubricants. 

Candidate should be knowledgeable about on-going market trends, forecast for future demand, and report to the immediate supervisor

She/he should be able to communicate effectively about the products with clients, inquire for their demand, and maintain long-term client relation.

Candidates are responsible for creating reports on market trends and new products circulating in the market.

Minimum of 3 year experience in field related to sales and marketing.

Has demonstrated working effectively in a team and ability to carry-out working independently.

High drive for goal achievement and motivated to learn

Plan, evaluate and report about trends, demand in market, and forecast for future order placement.

Generate sales quota and develop strategy to reach proposed target.

Carry-out work under the leadership of the manager/supervisor.

Identify and report to the manager regarding the on-going market trends and demands stated by the clients.

Should be in a position to travel out of valley if required

Education

Masters or Bachelors in sales and marketing or equal experience in the field.

Skills

Effective writing and fluent communication (English, Nepali, other)

Good computer proficiency in sending professional email to clients, able to create power-point for demonstrations and presentations, good knowledge with basic Excel formulas.

Should be detail-oriented.

Other

2 wheeler driver’s license (preferable own vehicle)
