Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades and software updates
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems
- Following up company policy and procedures while performing any tasks
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Update customer data and produce activity reports

- Should have the ability to think logically and problem-solving skills
- Should have experience with windows servers, firewall, hardware, routing, and switching
- Should have the ability to prioritize workload and work independently
