  • Providing technical support to customer care, operator and technician
  • Responsible to train new operator, sub operator and technician related to a billing system
  • Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases
  • Responsible for quality assurance testing of various software project
  • Planning and performing different stages of testing
  • Identifying bugs and potential problem within the software
  • Documenting the task and reporting
  • Monitoring the billing system
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
    Other Specification
    • Graduate in B.Sc. IT or B.Sc. CSIT
    • The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience
    • Ready to work on various shifts as per requirement
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication both oral and written
    • Proficient in MS Office package
