Job Description

• Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems, local network, and intranet network.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer, scanners, fax, ups, inverter etc.
• Investing, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Maintaining and monitoring mobile apps, ERP software.
• Testing and evaluating new Technology.
• Proposing hardware/software solutions to accomplish the company's business Objectives.
• Design & Implement Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Documentation & Reporting

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management (BIM) or Information Technology(BIT)
• 2-3 years experience in the related field.
