Job Description
- Research for external trainers and Coordinate with Training Institutes for external training
- Assist trainer to manage the training program
- Compile all necessary assignments given by trainer
- Maintaining Training Participants Record Keeping in Google Sheet
- Conduct Onboarding Verification checks and maintain the data
- Assist in employee performance appraisal
- Other Tasks as per assigned by the team
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and written skills in English and Nepali
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office application along with good presentation skills( Knowledge of Photoshop will be an advantage)
- Able to work in team with learning attitude
- Possession of Two wheeler and a driving license will be an added benefit
